The CLEAR intake line experiences a high volume of calls. When too many people call CLEAR at the same time, the circuits may be busy. If so, please try the call again. Once a call has been answered by the system, the caller may stay on the line until the call is answered by a lawyer or paralegal. Wait times range from 10 minutes to over an hour, depending on call volumes.
