Legal Services for low income or age 60 and over with civil legal problem (no criminal or traffic.) We take cases in the areas of housing, public benefits (Medicaid, Medicare, TANF, food assistance, etc.) family and education issues Because of our limited resources, not all cases of every legal issue checked on the following list will receive services. Some services are restricted to certain counties served, or certain types of cases within a category, or will be restricted at times because of lack of resources. Because of funding requirements, some types of cases are restricted to people age 60 and over. |

| If your problem is an emergency, follow the instructions below. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted. |

| What is an emergency? Protection of domestic violence victim; immedicate loss of housing for seniors, mobile home evictions for seniors and non-seniors; garnishment of exempt funds for seniors. Others on case by case basis. |
