Legal advice and other services from volunteer attorneys for CLEAR referrals.  There are no staff attorneys in our office.  General information family law forms workshops for low-income persons (do not need to be CLEAR referrals; must show last three months of household income verification to schedule workshop appointments) to begin dissolution of marriage or parenting plan cases, only.  Information on how to access online legal information and forms.

Languages spoken  Spanish
Can interpreters can be provided? Interpreters are provided when an individual is monolingual Spanish speaking and scheduled to meet with an attorney.
Wheelchair accessible? Y
Service guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

  Available assets are also taken into consideration.
 
Ongoing medical expenses, child care (daycare) expenses, only, are deducted from gross income.
 
Court costs, other litigation costs, family law form packets.
 
 
What kind of help is available?
This office provides the following services:
 
  Full Legal Representation- Possible, but rare.
  Brief Advice- Through family law and other advice clinics at our office with volunteer attorneys; consultations in an attorney's office depending on the type of case.
  Pro Se Legal Clinic- Family law and periodic landlord/tenant advice clinics at our office with volunteer attorneys.
  Self-Help Materials- Family law forms and instruction packets. Prepared publications on varous subjects such as family law, landlord/tenant and collections. Referral to online self help resources.
