Descripción de los Servicios

The Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic is held on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the sixth floor of the United States Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, Seattle, WA 98101. The clinic is only available to those with a total household gross income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The clinic provides free advice to those filing for bankruptcy without an attorney. The clinic does not accept appointments and is a walk-in clinic.

Northwest Consumer Law Center provides direct legal representation to individuals with a total household income under 500% of the Federal Poverty Level. Our case priorities include debt collection defense/collection abuse cases, foreclosure prevention and mortgage servicing issues, student loans, automobile fraud, and bankruptcy.

In addition to these services, NWCLC hosts the Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic.
