Starting March 17, 2020, all Social Security offices are closed to walk-ins or in-person appointments.
You can still call your local Social Security office.

Go to https://secure.ssa.gov/ICON/main.jsp to find your local office using your zip code.

Look below the result for the local office. Scroll down past the office hours listing.

Click on the plus sign to "Show Additional Office Information." You will see the phone number for the local office here.
