Who We Are

We provide civil legal aid to low income individuals.


Currently, we provide legal aid through specialized "clinics" as follows:

Housing Justice (eviction)

Bankruptcy

Elder Law

Review of District and Superior Court fines

Record sealing/expungement/vacating

Homelessness

Immigration

Dependency

Domestic Violence

Lay Guardianship

General Law.

Up to 200% FPL, and asset limits may apply. Must be a Clark County case.
