Who We Are

Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services (TCVLS) promotes access to justice through the coordinated efforts of trained volunteers and community partners. The TCVLS Housing Justice Project is for evictions and landlord-tenant problems.

Description of Services

If you are having a landlord/tenant issue, or fear you will be evicted, please contact our office to see if we can help you. We have volunteer attorneys who can provide advice over the phone by appointment. We may be able to offer some representation if you have a court hearing for eviction. Please contact our office if you have any questions: 360-705-8194. If we don’t answer, please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. Your income must be below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to receive help.
